Dear Jim and Family
Please accept my deepest sympathy with your great loss of Glee. I have never met anyone whose name is more appropriate. I remember with great affection meeting you both on your German Honeymoon, with the Royal Midgets. But even more than that, reconnecting with Glee and you, in your ministry with Sr. Justine. sincerely Myrna Quinn
Dear Jim!
We are so sorry to hear of Glee’s passing. I still remember when we first moved into the neighborhood 25 years ago, how you helped us celebrate Bill’s 40th birthday and made us feel so welcome. She always had a smile & kind words for the kids and great advice for us! She was a giving, compassionate, thoughtful person with a great laugh. I know that no words will ease your grief and pain but know that our prayers and thoughts are with you and your family! Tana, Bill, Thomas, Dylann & Richard Golbeck

Hi Jim & Family,
I was very sorry to hear about Glee’s passing away. She was one of the first ladies I met when I joined The City of Calgary and she was very good to me and trained me. I will always remember her for that and for guiding me when I asked her about things as I was new to Canada. She was a wonderful person and I will always remember her with fond memories.
Regards,
Mumtaz

Oh, Jimmy — I’m so sorry. I just found out. I know Glee was the light of your life. Warm regards, Lynne Rach (and Al too — he’s in Manitoba)
Jimmy,
We are very sorry to hear of Glee’s passing. She was a shining light who always encompassed everything that is great about the volunteerism she embraced. Her years of service to the Minor Hockey Association of Calgary went well above and beyond anything anyone could expect from a volunteer; as it was her love of the game, her love of the kids and her love for you that kept her coming back to volunteer year after year. Her classiness, her laugh, her good heart will sorely be missed by all who were fortunate enough to serve beside her.
Condolences to you and your family,
Kirk & Jo-Anne Reynolds

Dear Jim and Family
I was so sorry to hear you have lost your precious Glee. I regret that I hadn’t been in touch the last while and haven’t seen you. But I smile when I remember all the fun times taking photos at the hockey events and banquets, Glee giving Rob a hard time when he tried to tell her how to present a trophy or where to stand. She was such a dedicated minor hockey Mom and supporter and a volunteer all those years for Calgary Minor Hockey and AA Council. You have so many happy memories to help you through this difficult time. I’ll miss her.
Sincerely, Gayle Askew
