Condolences
I was the one who hired Darryl on April 1st, 2002. I worked with him for five years before moving back East in 2007. He was a great employee. I could always count on him and he was well liked by all the Shell employees. I was visiting my daughter in Airdrie when I stopped for gas in Red Deer at the Shell station on the Gasoline Alley North only to find out that Darryl had passed away in January. My wife and I were both shocked having both known him on and off the job. He was so proud of his daughter…the love of his life. We will always keep Darryl and his family in our prayers. I retired from BLJC in 2011. Bob and Margie.
Our condolences to the family on your tragic and sudden loss. I have lots of great memories of playing with cousins Larry and Darryl when we were boys both at our farm and in Calgary. Our prayer for you is that over time your sorrow and sense of loss will fade and be replaced with fond memories of Darryl in life.

Julienne, Lynn and Larry, our sympathy for the loss of Darryl, father and brother and our cousin. It has been a few years since we last had the opportunity to see Darryl. Julienne was a little girl at the family reunion at Watrous. Family is important to us so please keep in touch.
Unfortunately we are unable to attend the funeral. God Bless.
Love to you all, Marilynn and Terry
Our sincere condolences for your untimely loss. I have wonderful memories of time spent with Darryl when he was young and always enjoyed his company on the rare occasions we saw each other in later years.
Our condolences for your untimely loss. Although we did not see each other often over the years I have fond memories of time spent with Darryl as a very young man as well as the few times we saw each other as adults. Time puts distance between us but family is always family. Take care of each other.
Warmly,
Gale & John
