Condolences
Dear Gerry – I am so sorry to hear of Kim’s passing and am thinking of you and your family. Sincerely – Cathy
Dear Shawna and family,
I was so sad to hear of the recent loss of your mom. Although I hadn’t seen Kim for several years, I enjoyed running into her occasionally around the city, and catching up on her news of the family. I recall her fondly as a kind and generous person, who was so positive about her life. Your mom was beautiful in every way! May you and your family find strength and peace by treasuring the memories of happy days together.
With sincere condolences from Shirley Gaura (your kindergarten teacher)
I am so sorry to hear that Kim has left us. From the moment I met her, she made me smile. Her positiveness and upbeat personality were hard to miss and no one could be depressed around her. It was rare to see her down and she was always caring about everyone else above herself. I know she loved her family to the ends of the earth and always lit up when she talked about them. It is hard to accept that she is at peace now, but she will be watching over her family with her bright smile, sparkling eyes, and loving heart for all eternity. God Bless Kim.
Gerry, Shawna and family,
As my daughter, Tara has stated in her message, I am also saddened to hear of Kim’s passing. Kim’s wonderful caring personality will be fondly remembered. I had a great time working those “awful” bingo’s for the highland dancing with Kim (and Shawna) as Kim and all of the other ladies made the evenings a nice time away from the home front. My condolences to you and your family at this very difficult time.
I offer my sincere condolences to Kim’s family. It was always a treat to walk into the clinic and be greeted by Kim’s wonderful smile. She was warm, funny and had a great way with her colleagues and the families of the patients that she dedicated so much volunteer time to. She will be sadly missed and I will be ever grateful that I was blessed with the opportunity to know and work with her.
It was with great sadness, that I learned of Kim’s passing. I will always remember Kim for her great kindness towards both my daughter and I when Lindsay was a young dancer and we were learning to navigate the strange new world of Highland Dance. Please know our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time.

Shawna and family,
I’m very saddened to hear of your loss. My sincere sympathies are with you during this difficult time. Thoughts of Kim are a huge part of my earliest memories with Highland dancing. Her joy and obvious pride in watching Shawna’s success in dancing, the help and time she selflessly gave me and my mom with costume hand-me-downs and her kind and happy presence at dance classes, competitions and road trips are parts of those many years I have and will continue to remember with fondness. Kim was a lovely, caring person and will be very much missed by those who knew her. Lots of love to you Shawna as well as prayers and thoughts with the entire Malin family
Dear Darren & Alexis and family,
We are sorry to hear about your loss. May God give you His comfort and peace during this difficult time. All of you are in our prayers.

Gerry and Family. Maureen and I are deeply saddened to hear of Kim’s passing. Kim was a special lady. I will always remember her cheerful and energetic approach to her job and life at Nova, where we worked together. She was the consummate professional in her job but her true passion was for her family.
All the best to you and your family at this time of great loss. Don Snyder.
Oh, Gerry, Darren and Shawna … we can’t even find the words to say how sorry we are that you have lost someone so dear and so wonderful. This will be an incredibly painful journey for all of you. But God was good to give us humans the gift of memory … and you have so many amazing memories of an awesome wife and mom. Darren and Shawna … your mom was so very proud of you both. And she loved you with every ounce of her heart. Know how much we care and how much our heart aches for what you are going through.
Love and prayers,
Vergil and Joy
