Condolences
Hello Short family,
My mom let me know that your mom passed away and I wanted to send a note. I’m very sad to hear of your loss, I’m not sure if she was in poor health in her later years, but it’s way to soon to loose a mom.
Very sorry to have missed the funeral, please know that our family is thinking of all of you, too young to loose a mom and a grandma!
Thinking of you,
Jamie Freeman Cormack
To the family of Donna Lee,
Condolences on the loss of your Mother, Grandmother and sister.
I attended Junior and Senior High with her here in Calgary, and have still the yearbooks from those years.
Sincere sympathies to you all.
Ms. F.Kolinsky
Dear Eilis and Liam, I was so sad to read that your mother passed away and at such a very young age. My thoughts and prayers are with you both, your sibblings and your dear families at this difficult time. She is beautiful in her photograph and you both look like your mother as I remember you both so fondly from teaching you at Alex Ferguson School. Lean on each other, family and friends for support and hopefully your own ‘wee ones’ will help you in your grieving and keep your spirits up. You were amazing children, full of energy, kind, joyful, loving and generous in all that you did, and I just know that you are even that more amazing as fine young adults. My sister sang this beautiful Irish blessing when my mom passed away. I share it with you. . . ‘May the road rise up to meet, May the wind be always at your back, May the sun shine warm upon your face, And the rain fall soft upon your fields. ‘Till we meet again, my friend, ‘Till we meet again, May God hold you in the palm of His hand, May God hold you in the palm of His hand.’ All the very best to you and strength next Friday at your mom’s service. I am away for the weekend but you will be in my thoughts. With love and best wishes, Leslie
