Obituary of Donna Lee SHORT

1947 – Calgary, AB 2013 – Calgary, AB Donna beloved wife of the late Roger Short of Calgary, AB, passed away on July 25, 2013 at the age of 66 years. Donna was born on January 15, 1947 in Calgary, AB, where she lived most of her life. She married Roger in 1967. Although widowed in 1974, Donna worked as a nurse for many years to provide for her family. She will be sadly missed by all those that knew her. Donna is survived by her children Jason, Eilis, Liam, Sarah and Jamie; grandchildren Mya, Vimy, Lana, Clara and Frankie; and her two brothers Ed and Art Deeves. She was predeceased by her husband Roger. A Celebration of Donna’s Life will be held at the HMCS Tecumseh Navy Base (1820 24 Street S.W.), on Friday, August 16, 2013 from 6:00 – 10:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
