Obituary of Helen SIMPSON

September 25, 1928 – April 4, 2013 Helen beloved wife of the late Robert Simpson of Calgary, AB, passed away on April 4, 2013 at the age of 84 years. Helen was guided by the tenets of Faith, Hope and Charity. She served others in multiple ways as a nurse, teacher, elder in the church and volunteer. She gave to many charities and was always interested in others lives and wellbeing. She was especially kind and generous to children and “adopted” many, many surrogate grandchildren around the world. Helen is survived by her sons Steven (Diane) and Robert (Taru); granddaughter Sarah; grandson Keith; brother Joe and many beloved nieces and nephews. Helen was predeceased by her devoted husband Robert; parents James and Margaret; and her siblings Harry, Walter, Gladys, Alex, Peter and Tom.
