Marilyn and family, We were saddened to hear of Hugh’s passing, but through the stories you shared with us in our spanish classes, we know he led a full and active life. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. May your many memories of him be a wonderful memorial to his life. Our sincere condolences.
Dear Marilyn
Though expected, it was quite a shock to hear that Hugh had passed on. He and I go back a lot of years. During that time I got to know him quite well. I was always impressed by his honesty and his concern for his family and friends. One of the things I will always remember is his toiling away in the garage making jig saw puzzles with pictures of his grandchildren for Christmas. Hugh understood that his love for them was better expressed by something he made with his own hands rather than purchased at a store.
I think the happiest years Hugh had were those that you and he shared together. It was a joy to see two people who so obviously were meant for each other. A lot of people will miss him.

Dear Marilyn and family,
Hugh was such a kind, intelligent and caring man. Our trip to the Yucatan years ago was safe because Hugh took care of all of us.
His memory will fill your heart always.

While on a sisters trip to Radium, Barb suggested we go meet some relatives, Hugh & Marilyn. They were gracious enough to take us on a boat ride. We toured around the lake for awhile then ran out of gas. Marilyn rowed with her arms from the bow of the boat (funny). Barb & Hugh pushed & the rest of us rowed as best we could. We had a fun afternoon & made another memory.. Thank you so much. Don & I send sincere sympathies to the family.

Dear Marilyn and family:
Please accept our deepest regrets from the DeGagne family on the passing of Hugh.
I had a number of good years and fun times with Hugh at Burnco and shared many a laugh with him.
He was a very hard working, dedicated, knowledgeable individual who was instrumental in the success and growth of Burnco as a company. I am so sorry that he could not have enjoyed a longer retirement then he did. Unfortunately I am currently in Phoenix Arizona and will not be able to attend the service this week but I do send my sincere condolences, thoughts and prayers at this time.
Sincerely,
Ray DeGagne and family
