Condolences
I am so sad to see Gordie has passed. I remember Gordie & Uncle Pat O’Brien sharing a couple of brew in the local pub long ago. I even babysat ‘you’ kids while Anne and Gordie would go out and trip the light fantastic into the wee hours of the night. My father Frank Currie and Gordie would help the Sunday morning collection at St. James on Sundays. Such fond memories!
Our prayers and thoughts arfe with you and your family. Please accept our sincere condolences.
My health does not permit my attendance at Gordon’s life celebration. I offer my regrets to the family. Your Mom and Dad were great neighbors and always a joy to know. May Gordon rest in peace. Myrna Quinn
Dear Judy and Family,
We will always remember “Mr. Drew” as one of the nicest people we have ever met. I saw him many times at St. James and he was unfailingly kind and friendly to all. The old neighbourhood has changed a lot, and there are still great people around, but as we look over the alley towards your old house, we really miss “the Drews”. May your happy memories of your dad bring a lot of peace.
Your old Altadore neighbours,
Margaret, Chriss and Kathy Szabo
