When I was brand new out of the box at HRP, Frank was a Sgt in GIS section. He was on his way to retirement and probably wouldn't have remember me at all, but I remember him. I was intimidated and green, starting my new career, Frank took the time to talk to me and make me feel welcome, which was hard to come by back then. I always will remember that and thought kindly of Frank many times over the years.
